What is the Data Contribution Pool?

We are evaluating paid delivery of research and task results that meet consent, quality and disclosure requirements. The internally approved member-share ratio is 40%; revenue definitions, contribution units, the HP relationship and settlement rules remain undecided. Figures below are provisional receipt-based calculations after tax, fees and refunds, not member balances or finalized awards.

How is it split?

1. The Pool is split into three parts by revenue source: commissioned surveys, AI tasks and anonymous statistics.
2. Each part is shared only among the contributions that generated that revenue:
   • Commissioned surveys: evidence is recorded for eligible responses actually sold and delivered. Time-to-unit rules are not applied before approval.
   • AI tasks: only reviewed, delivered items are candidates; unit rules and accrual paths require approval and validation.
   • Anonymous statistics: members actually included in statistics sold that season (those who opted in and passed the diligence check). TBD
3. Grade weights are proposals (A ×1.2, B ×1), not approved accrual terms.
4. Proportional allocation, per-member caps and carry-over are under review TBD. Synthetic calculations do not authorize member distributions.

When and how?

• Season attribution, publication, distribution timing and the appeal period remain undecided. Finalization and distribution are blocked pending approval.
• Settlement review requires reconciled refund/fee records, resolved appeals and a ledger snapshot matching the approved policy version.
• Whether immediate HP awards are deducted, and any monetary relationship to HP, remain undecided TBD. This page offers no conversion rate.

Who qualifies?

• Members aged 18 or over who have entered their age
• Members not flagged as automated or duplicate accounts at the finale (flagged accounts are held until reviewed)
• Members who meet purpose-specific consent, age, bot and response-quality requirements at delivery. Treatment of prior contributions after withdrawal requires legal and reward-policy review; this draft does not retroactively alter existing rights.

Good to know

• No revenue means no Pool. Its size is never promised in advance.
• Consent alone does not establish an award. Delivery evidence and approved calculation rules are both required.
• Cash/token distributions and monetary HP conversion are not implemented or approved features. Legal characterization requires counsel review.
• Rule-change terms and advance-notice periods are also unapproved proposals 14 days proposed.
• The intended design does not reward particular answer choices; final calculation rules still need separate publication.
